problem remains unsolved after using the guide, you can consult a nearby dealer.
Problem.
No power.
No sound.
No sound from the
main speaker.
The sound quality
is not good.
No sound from
microphone.
Give loud noise
such as a buzz.

Protective measures:

1. Power supply: This machine has two power supply modes, including AC-115 / 60Hz and AC-230v / 50Hz.
Therefore, before powering on, you need to make sure that the machine power supply mode matches the
local power supply voltage.
2. Ventilation: The equipment should be in a well ventilated place. You need to make sure that there are no
objects blocking the ventilation nearby. And it should be at least 10cm away from the wall.
3. Damp: Do not use this equipment in damp places such as swimming pool or basement.
4. Electric shock: If metal objects, such as metal hairpins or needles, get into the equipment, electric shock
may be caused. For families with children, please pay attention to avoid children placing sundries,
especially metal objects, inside the machine.
5. Disassembling: Do not disassemble the equipment, otherwise it may damage the equipment and its circuit, and
cause electric shock. If any objects enter the machine, please contact the dealer or service company in time.
6. Peculiar smell: If the machine has peculiar smell or gives smoke, please turn off the power immediately and
pull out the power cord.
Possible causes.
● The AC power cord is disconnected.
● The socket is in poor contact or not powered on.
● The components of the speaker and wire are
disconnected.
● Make sure you select the correct input mode.
● Whether the volume is at minimum.
● Short circuit or open circuit of loudspeaker wire.
● Poor connection or wrong connection of loudspeaker.
● The balanced potentiometer is not centered.
● Short circuit or open circuit of loudspeaker wire.
● Speakers are not suitable.
● The treble and bass are set too low.
● Poor connection or wrong connection of loudspeaker.
● Microphone volume is set too low.
● Short circuit or open circuit of microphone wire.
● The microphone is off.
● Check that whether the speakers and components are
properly and safely connected.
● The plug and socket are too dirty.
