Symptom
The control panel does not respond.
Possible cause
1. The plastic film on the control panel has not been removed.
2. The fingers are wet.
3. The touch-sensitive keys have not been pressed with sufficient pressure or on too small an
area.
Solution
1. Remove the plastic film before use.
2. Dry your fingers before touching the control panel.
3. Use your thumb to reach the touch-sensitive buttons better.
