IMPORTANT: Before using the appliance to make coffee for the first time, it is important you flush the system 2-3 times to remove
any manufacturing residue. To do so, simply follow the assembly instruction on the previous pages (ensuring you do not add
ground coffee to the FILTER/MEASURING CUP). Place a jug or suitable container (not supplied) under the funnel before connect-
ing the appliance to a mains outlet.
CAUTION! Ensure the STEAM CONTROL DIAL is positioned at the 'OFF' position before connecting to the mains.
Press the POWER BUTTON
once and the indicator light will illuminate red.
Allow the appliance to pre-heat until the other indicator lights illuminate green.
Press the PUMP CONTROL BUTTON
to begin pumping water through the system. Discard of the water collected and repeat
the process.
To clear the STEAM WAND, follow the instructions above and allow the appliance to pre-heat (if not pre-heated already).
Place a jug or suitable container under the STEAM WAND and press the STEAM SELECTOR BUTTON
. Slowly turn the
STEAM CONTROL DIAL counter-clockwise until the steam emerges.
WARNING! Take extra care to keep hands away from the steam as this can cause potential scalding injuries.
After a few seconds, return the dial to the 'OFF' position and press the STEAM SELECTOR BUTTON
once again.
The appliance is ready to use.

IMPORTANT: Avant d'utiliser l'appareil pour faire du café pour la première fois, il est important de rincer le système de 2 à 3 fois
pour éliminer tout résidu consécutif à la fabrication. Pour ce faire, suivez simplement les instructions d'assemblage des pages
précédentes (en omettant d'ajouter du café moulu dans le FILTRE/TASSE DE MESURE). Placez une tasse ou un récipient adapté
(non fourni) sous l'entonnoir avant de connecter l'appareil à la prise électrique.
AVERTISSEMENT! Vérifiez que la MOLETTE DE VAPEUR est placée sur la position 'ARRÊT' avant de connecter à la prise
électrique.
Appuyez sur le BOUTON DE MISE EN MARCHE
une fois et le témoin indicateur s'allumera en rouge.
Laissez l'appareil préchauffer jusqu'à ce que l'autre témoin s'allume en vert.
Appuyez sur le BOUTON DE CONTRÔLE DE LA POMPE
pour commencer à pomper de l'eau dans le système. Jetez l'eau
récupérée puis répétez le processus.
Pour vider la BAGUETTE À VAPEUR, suivez les instructions ci-dessus et laissez préchauffer l'appareil (s'il n'a pas déjà
préchauffé).
Placez une tasse ou un récipient adapté sous la BAGUETTE À VAPEUR puis appuyez sur le
BOUTON SÉLECTEUR DE VAPEUR
. Tournez lentement la MOLETTE DE VAPEUR dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une
montre jusqu'à ce que la vapeur commence à sortir.
ATTENTION! Faites très attention à conserver les mains éloignées de la vapeur avec laquelle vous pourriez vous brûler.
Après quelques secondes, replacez le cadran sur la position 'ARRÊT' puis appuyez de nouveau sur le BOUTON SÉLECTEUR DE
VAPEUR
.
L'appareil est prêt à être utilisé.
