Failure to observe the above may jeopardise safety of the equipment. Connection, installation of the system and appliances, ventilation and fumes extraction must be carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions, by professionally specialised staff, in accordance with the standards. -

Rauchgasabführung Die Geräte sind in Räumen zu installieren, die für das Ableiten der Rauchgase geeignet sind. Die Installation hat unter Berücksichtigung der diesbezüglichen Normen zu erfolgen. Unsere Geräte gehören folgender Kategorie an (siehe Tabelle “Technische Daten”): GASGERATE TYP “A1” Die Gerate vom Typ A1 mussen in einem ausreichend belufteten Ambiente aufgestellt werden, um die Konzentration von gesundheitsschadlichen Substanzen im Installationsraum zu vermeiden. -

7. WARTUNG Es empfiehlt sich, mindestens einmal pro Jahr einen Wartungsvertrag zu unterzeichnen. Am Ende eines Arbeitstages ist das Gerät sorgfältig zu reinigen, wodurch eine einwandfreie Arbeitsweise und eine längere Lebensdauer des Gerätes gewährleistet wird. Vor jeder Reinigung ist das Gerät vom Stromnetz zu trennen; alle ausziehbaren Teile des Backofens sind herauszunehmen und separat zu reinigen. Für die Reinigung des Gerätes dürfen keine Hochdruckreiniger verwendet werden! Sämtliche Teile aus Edelstahl sind sorgfältig mit lauwarmem Wasser zu reinigen. -
