FUNCTIONING At the first use, pass some dough in all the parts of the 3 rolls, in order to collect eventual impurities. - Place the flat pasta maker (5) on a stable and flat surface. - Put the clamp (6) in the hole on the side of the structure (5) and block the appliance by tightening the clamp (see figure). -
