Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) Gelenkprotektor „GP5"
Die
-Kennzeichnung bedeutet, dass der her-
ausnehmbare Schaumprotektor dem Konformitäts-
bewertungsverfahren gemäß der Verordnung (EU)
2016/425 unterzogen wurde und die Anforderungen
für PSA der Kategorie 2 (mittlere Risikoklasse)
erfüllt.
Technische Beschreibung: Aufbau
Premium Knie Protektor im schlanken, weichen
und flexiblen Design. Der Protektor ist vielseitig
einsetzbar, bietet optimalen Schutz, ist leicht
und sehr komfortabel. Der herausnehmbare,
CE-zertifizierte viskoelastische Schaumprotektor ab-
sorbiert die Energie beim Aufprall und ist weich und
anschmiegsam. Ein spezieller Schnitt sorgt dafür,
dass der Protektor nicht verrutscht. Die Schutzhülle
des Protektors besteht aus dem Hightech-Material
„Cordura-Strech" und sorgt so für noch mehr
Sicherheit in Bezug auf Abriebfestigkeit und
Durchstoßschutz. Der GP5 Knee Protector bietet
somit optimalen Schutz ohne die Bewegungsfreiheit
einzuschränken.
Einsatzgebiete: MX, Motobike Enduro, MTB,
Enduro, Freeride Downhill und andere Sportarten
wie Skateboard oder Inliner.

Funktionsmerkmale: Pflege und Instandhaltung
Protektoren sind nach Gebrauch bei Raum tempe-
ratur trocken zu lagern. Nicht knicken oder durch
Gegenstände beschwert lagern. Keiner direkten
Sonnenstrahlung oder hohen Temperaturen (wie z.B.
Heizung) aussetzen. Die Protektoren dürfen nicht
in Kontakt mit Lösungsmitteln oder Chemikalien
kommen. Bei Verschmutzung sind diese mit einem
feuchten Tuch zu reinigen. Nach Ablauf von 3 Jahren
empfehlen wir, die Protektoren auszutauschen, um
den maximalen Schutz entsprechend des aktuellen
technischen Stands zu erhalten.
Sicherheitshinweis
Die Protektoren können die Folgen eines Aufpralls
mindern. Verletzungen können dadurch nicht restlos
verhindert werden. Vorsichtiges und vorausschauen-
des Verhalten erhöht die Sicherheit erheblich.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Joint Protector „GP5"
The
Marking on your BODY ARMOR use
means that the removable foam protector has been
submitted in accordance with the requirements of
Regulation (EU) 2016/425
and is to be considered a
2nd CAT. PPE = Personal Protective Equipment against
medium risks.
Technical description: Structure
Premium knee protection in a sleek, soft and
flexible design. The protector is versatile, provides
optimal protection, is light and very comfortable. The
removable, CE-certified viscoelastic foam protector
absorbs energy during impact and is soft and
cuddly. A special cut ensures that the protector does
not slip. The textile shell of the protector is made
of high-tech „Cordura-Strech" material, providing
even more abrasion resistance and durability. Thus,
the GP 5 Knee Protector offers optimal protection
without restricting movement.
Disciplines intended for: MX, Motobike Endu-
ro, MTB, Enduro, Freeride Downhill and other sports
like Skateboard or Inliner.

Function features: Care and maintenance
After use the protectors should be stored in a dry
place at room temperature. They should not be
folded or stored underneath anything heavy. Do not
expose the protectors to direct sunlight or any ex-
cessive heat (e.g. radiators). Avoid any contact with
solvents or other chemicals. If dirty the protectors
should be cleaned with a damp cloth only. After 3
years it is advised to exchange the protectors, to get
the maximum protection according to the current
technical status.
Note on safety
The protectors can protect
from or reduce the consequences of an accident.
Injuries however cannot be completely avoided.
Careful and disciplined action greatly increases your
personal safety.
Conditions of guarantee and exclusion from
liability:
• damage caused by improper adjustment, misuse
or wear and tear
• damage caused by incorrect repair and care
• damage caused by product modifications
• damage caused by falling, collisions or any other
accidents
• damage due to force majeure
• parts with a limited natural life
• damage to persons and/or damage to other
property
• other circumstances which are beyond the
influence of the manufacturer
