This product is an inflatable ergonomic sitting and exercise ball. It improves your sitting posture by
activating your back and core muscles. Use it as a seat while working at your desk or for casual
workouts at home. This product is quick to inflate, easy to carry, and simple to maintain.

● Read and understand this manual, including the technical specifications.
● This product is intended to be used as a sitting and a casual exercise ball in an
indoor office or home environment.
● This product is not a toy. Make sure children and pets do not play with the product.
● This product is not a chair or a piece of sporting equipment. Do not lean or stand on
the product. Never exceed the maximum loading capacity.
● This product is not intended for persons (including children and pregnant women)
with restricted physical, sensory or intellectual capability or lack of experience and
or knowledge.
● Only use the product with the original, supplied accessories.
● Never inflate the product in a cold environment. Allow the product to warm up
before inflation. Make sure to inflate the product at room temperature (19-23°C).
Deviations of more than 3°C change the ball pressure and cause dangerous
situations.
● Keep the operating area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark environments can cause
accidents and damage the product.
● Do not expose the product to direct sunlight. Keep the product away from oil,
liquids, humidity, moisture, sharp objects, and fire. Make sure to place the product
at room temperature.
● Make sure that the surface is clean and dry. Do not use the product on sharp, rough,
uneven or slippery surfaces (e.g. slate, wooden or waxed, polished floors). Use an
(anti-slip) floor mat if necessary.
● Check the wear and sensitivity for light-coloured carpets to ensure that the colour
does not rub off. The manufacturer accepts no liability in such cases.
● Check the product for damage before use. If there is any visible damage, do not use
the product and contact the manufacturer.
● When sitting down or standing up, make sure to stand firmly on the ground and use
the handle to keep the product in place.
● To avoid injuries, make sure to always sit in an upright position and avoid sudden
movements and instability. Do not eat or drink while using this product.
● Do not attempt to open, modify or repair the product. Repairs shall be carried out by
authorised personnel only.
● Keep all safety information and instructions for future reference. The manufacturer
is not liable for material damage or personal injury caused by incorrect handling or
use.
