Instructions for use
Important. Retain for future reference.

Read carefully

Kiddo is intended to be used as a cot for children from birth to approximately 24
months of age, and as a toddler bed or child sofa for children from 2 to 5 years.
The cot base can be set at two different positions, lower
and upper. The lower position is the safest and the base
should be placed to that position as soon as the baby is
old enough to sit, kneel or to pull themselves up.
We highly recommend the use of the original Kiddo
mattress which is designed to fit the Kiddo cot in a
way that guarantees maximum safety for your child.
However, if you choose to use a mattress by other
manufacturers, please follow the following
instructions:
• The mattress should measure 120 cm in length and 60
cm in width.
• The length and width of the mattress shall be such that
the gap between the mattress and the sides and ends
of the cot does not exceed 30 mm, in order to avoid
entrapment.
• The thickness of the mattress chosen should be such
that the internal vertical height (surface of the top of
the mattress to the upper edge of the cot frame) is at
least 500 mm in the lowest position of the cot base
and at least 200 mm in the highest position of the cot
base. In any case, the mattress thickness should not
exceed 12 cm.
WARNING!
To prevent injury from falls, when the child is able to climb out of the cot
on its own, the cot should no longer be used for that child. It can be
turned into a toddler bed or child sofa by removing the front rail.
Never use the cot without its frame. When used as a toddler bed/child
sofa, only the front rail may be removed.
When used as a toddler bed, it is strongly recommended to put on a
guard rail (sold separately).
Never place the cot in the near vicinity of open fire and sources of strong
heat, such as electric bar fires, gas heaters, etc.
Do not leave anything in the cot or place the cot close to any object that
the child could step onto, or which might pose a suffocation or
strangulation risk, such as strings, blind or curtain cords, etc.
Do not use the cot if any parts are missing, broken or damaged in any
way. Use only replacement parts approved by the manufacturer.
The front rail can be lowered for easier access to the
baby. If you leave the child unattended in the cot, always
make sure that the movable side is closed.

All assembly fittings should always be tightened properly. Please be
