Getting Started
Charging the Battery
Hora is equipped with an internal, rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Connect
the Micro-USB Cable included with it with the Micro-USB charging port (10) of
the Hora. The cable can be connected to a computer or a standard USB power
adapter. The red LED (2) of the speaker lights up while charging. The standard
charging time is 2-3 hours. The red LED turns off when the speaker is fully char-
ged. The cable can be disconnected.
Note: Charge the speaker for at least 2 ½ hours before initial use.
Switching On/Off
To turn on the speaker, slide the On/Off button left( ON) or right( Off ).
Pairing
The speaker must be connected to a Bluetooth® device to wirelessly transfer and
output audio fi les. Turn on the speaker by sliding the On/Off button to the right
(ON).
1. Search your Bluetooth® device from which you want to play the audio fi les for
Bluetooth® audio devices (Bluetooth from audio source must be activated)
2. The speaker should be listed.
3. Select the speaker „Hora" to pair. You should now be connected to the Hora
speaker.
Note: If the connection with the device is lost or the device temporarily
disconnects, Hora automatically tries to re-establish the connection.
Music playback
Music playback via Bluetooth®
When paired with a device, press the Start/Stop button (>) to start playback. Press
the Start/Stop button once more to stop playback.
Note: The device must support the A2DP profi le for music streaming and the
AVRCP profi le for music remote control.
Play music from a memory card or USB storage medium
Insert a Micro-SD memory card with audio fi les into the TF slot (9) or USB memo-
ry of the Hora. The fi les stored on the media are automatically played back.

Music control
To play or stop the music, press the start/stop button (7) on the top of the speaker.
To skip to the previous track, press the – Button (5).
To skip to the next track press the + Button(6).
Adjusting Volume
To increase volume press and hold the + Button (6) until the desired volume is
reached.
To decrease volume press and hold the – Button (5) until the desired volume is
reached.
While you are adjusting the volume the speaker while emit a beeping sound to so
you can assess the volume.
Hands free communication
When connected to a phone via Bluetooth, a tone is played to alert you to
incoming phone calls.
Note: On high volume feedback can occur. This produces echo on the caller's
side.
Answering/Ending/Rejecting calls
To accept an incoming call press the Start/Stop button (>) shortly. To end an on-
going call press the Start/Stop button (>) shortly. To reject an incoming call hold

the Start/Stop (>) button for approximately 2 seconds.
Redial
While in Bluetooth mode, press the Start/Stop button (>) twice to activate redial.
The connected phone dials last called number.
