Loosen the two screws that secure the armpad to the armrest bracket
(or remove the two screw that secure the armpad to the cosmetic
cover). Remove the armpad from the armrest bracket or cosmetic
cover. Insert the cup holder mounting bracket. Reinstall the armpad
onto the armrest bracket or cosmetic cover. Tighten the two screws.
