WARRANTY
GREENCUT guarantees all products for a period of 3 years (valid for Spain). The guarantee is subject to the date of
purchase taking into account the intended use of the product.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal use, especially on the battery, non-compliance with the

In the event that repairs or modifications have been carried out by the consumer or anyone else other than with
original GREENCUT spare parts, the warranty will be void.
In the event of a justified warranty claim, we are authorised, at our discretion, to repair or replace the defective tool
free of charge.Other claims that go beyond this warranty are not valid.

(plot 7-8) Polígono Industrial Valls. 43800 - Valls, SPAIN, declare that the GS240C handheld chainsaw from serial
number 2021 onwards, are in conformity with the requirements of the applicable European Parliament and Council
Directives:
• Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation
of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (recast).
The delivered product corresponds to the EC type-examination specimen.
