Instructions on Handling Packaging and Pieces
Store small objects (eg, screws and other fittings) and packaging parts out of the reach of
children to avoid accidental ingestion. Do not let small children play with the foil as there is
a danger of suffocation.
1. Open the packaging.
2. Remove the items embedded in styrofoam and gently lift off the styrofoam cover.
3. Remove the scooter and all other parts from the carton.
4. Check that the delivery includes all components, which are as follows:
1 x scooter
1 x saddle bar (optional)
1 x power supply
1 x saddle (optional)
2 x spare fuses
1 x tool kit
Attention:
For all assembly work on the vehicle, always ensure that the engine is switched off and wear
protective gloves.
The scooter may only be started after assembly is complete and successfully tested.
Wheel mounting
• Loosen the screws of the front axle and pull the axle out of
the axle guide.
• Insert the front wheel.
• Secure the axle with the screws. Tighten the screws until the-
re is just one free movement of the front wheel possible.
Fold the steering column up
• Loosen the quick release screw with screw movements and
move the steering column from the folded, horizontal posi-
tion in an upright position. Tighten the quick release screw.
• Check the tightness of the steering column by slightly shaking
the column.
