Congratulations on your purchase of a Mr Maria design and
welcome to the Mr Maria family! You are now proud parent to
the perfect light for your youngest family members.

Caution! For proper and safe use we ask you to read the
following instructions before installation and use of the
product.
WARNING!
Only use fully certified DC5V max. 2A USB-chargers
designed specifically for use with Lithium-Ion batteries.
• This product is an electronic device, not a toy or stuffed
animal.
• This product should be used under adult supervision at all
times during charging.
• Always place the product on a hard surface.
• When leaving the room, always place the night light out of
reach of children.
• Keep the packaging out of reach of children.
• Save this manual for later reference.
• In case of wrong operation do not disassemble the
MrLED12 module itself.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Simply follow these steps to introduce First Light's warm light
to your family:
1. Gently squeeze the lamp A to take the MrLED12 module
out of the soft shell. ( )

2. Plug the USB cable into the opening C on the backside of
the LED module. ( )

3. Connect the USB cable to a USB port by using a certified
USB charger. The product is charging when the red light
on the backside of the product is on.
4. Fully charge the product. Maximum charging time is 6
hours. The product is fully charged when the charging light
D turns green.
5. The battery is now full and your little friend is ready to
shine its First Light. Unplug the cable and put the module
back in the soft shell.

6. Turn the light on by using the on/off button E located on
the bottom of the product.
7. Adjust to the desired brightness by using the dimmer-
button on the bottom of the lamp. The lowest setting is

the nightmode.
When fully charged, First Light can shine between 8 and 120
hours (depending on the chosen brightness setting).
Please note that burning hours depend on several factors,
such as temperature conditions, battery age, charge cycles
and humidity.
QUESTIONS ABOUT USAGE
The article does not turn on:
• Make sure the brightness is not set to the lowest setting.
• Make sure the light is not charging. It needs to be discon-
nected from the charging cable to be able to shine its light.
The article is not charging:
• Make sure the USB cable is properly connected to the
D USB port.
The article still doesn't work after you have completed the
previous steps / or is missing some parts.

CLEANING THE PRODUCT

To make sure your companion keeps shining bright, Mr Maria
made it easy for you to give your little friend a bath. Simply
follow the instructions below ( ):

• Gently squeeze the lamp A to take the MrLED12 module
out of the soft shell. Keep the MrLED12 module away from
any water.
• The soft shell can be washed in the dishwasher or can be
cleaned in the sink with mild soap.
• After the bath, let your product airdry completely before
putting the MrLED12 module back in the soft shell.

The MrLED12 module is an electronic device and does not
belong in the household rubbish but should be disposed of
at the place indicated by your municipality.
Symbol for Class III appliance.
This s ymbol on the bottom of the unit MrLED12 means that
the device operates on extra low voltage which is less than
50 volts alternating current.
Symbol indicating that this product is CE, FCC, RCM, REACH,
RoHS & KC approved.
