Charging devices

The charger is suitable for wireless charging of
Qi enabled devices. To do so, connect the
USB Type-C plug of the included USB cable to
the charger, and the USB plug to a car charging
adapter. The red LED on the charger lights up
to indicate that the device is ready for charging.
Place your MagSafe compatible smartphone
with its back on the cradle (Fig.4). Once the
smartphone is placed, charging will start.
NOTE: To charge non-MagSafe compatible smartphones, use the self-ad-
hesive, magnetic metal plate included in the scope of delivery to stick to
smartphones or their protective cases. Please note that thicker protective
covers can impair wireless charging. When attaching the metal plate, make
sure that it is not stuck to the position of the induction coil in the smart-
phone. Charging via induction is then not possible!
NOTE: For fast charging up to 15 watts, you need a fast-charging USB
charger with 9 volts or 12 volts output voltage.
ATTENTION! Please note that the cradle heats up during the charging
process and can become hot. The temperature will rise if you have the
device in use while charging. If it overheats, the charging process stops
automatically. Do not use the cradle again until it has cooled down.

• Never open the device.
• Do not immerse the device in water and protect it from moisture.
• Never connect the device by force.
• Unplug electronic equipment when not in use for an extended period of time.
• Make sure that the product is powered by an automotive USB charger that is
easily accessible so that you can quickly disconnect the device from the power
source in case of emergency.
• Do not place cards with magnetic strips, magnetic recording media, or metal
objects on the charging surface. Charging will not occur and may result in
overheating, as well as loss of data and unusability of the cards.
• Wearers of pacemakers should keep a sufficient distance between the charger
and the pacemaker. In case of doubt, consult your physician.
• This product may impair the function of medical equipment. Therefore, do not
use it in clinics and medical facilities.
• Never use the product if it shows visible damage.
