Muztag Quick Start Guide

Assemble the fireplace according to the included
manual.
All parts are stored inside the fireplace.

Connect the gas regulator to the gas hose inside the
fireplace.
Gas regulators are not universal, so you need to use
the one specific for your country.
The standard included gas regulator stored inside the
fireplace works for DK, NO, NL, ES, FI.
For countries not mentioned above, a separate gas
regulator will be included for you to use.

First-time use, push the knob in and turn it count-
er-clockwise - stop it just before it *clicks* and hold it
there for up to 1 minute for the gas to flow through the
system.
After holding for 1 minute, or until you smell gas, turn
the knop counter-clockwise and make it click, to ignite
the pilot light. If the pilot light does not ignite, turn the
knob back and make it click again. Repeat if necessary.
When the pilot light ignites, turn the knob to "HIGH"
to ignite the fireplace.

Turn the knob to adjust the flames.

If having trouble opening the fireplace, you can place
a screw driver into the hole in of the door, tilt it, and
open the door.

For subsequent use, it should be enough to just press
and hold the knob for a couple of seconds before
turning the knob to ignite the pilot light.
When the pilot light ignites, turn the knob to "HIGH"
to ignite the fireplace.

Connect the gas canister and open the gas valve.

When you are done using the fireplace and have
turned it off, remember to close off the gas connec-
tion directly on the gas regulator.
