INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE AIR FLUIDIZERS
Section 0 – DESCRIPTION
The general features of U025 - U060 - I100 are:
ū Operating temperature from -20°C to 80°C
Section 1 – GENERAL REGULATIONS
Read these instructions carefully before using the product, and keep the Manual safe for future reference.

Symbol: It indicates situations of serious danger which, if ignored, can seriously put to a risk the health and safety of persons.
On receiving the product please:
- Make sure that the packing is not damaged to such an extent as to have damaged the product.
- Make sure that there is no external damage to the product.
- Make sure that the supply corresponds to the order specifications; non compliance and/or external damage, if any, must be reported immediately in
detail to the forwarding agent and the manufacturer and/or dealer.
Section 1.1 – IDENTIFICATION
Product identification codes are shown on the label of the box.
This data must always be stated when ordering spare parts or asking for assistance.
Section 1.2 – INTENDED USE
Fluidizers U025 - U060 - I100 types can be used only to fluidize powder in a hopper or silo.
U025-U060 can't be assembled on stainless steel hopper or silo.
For correct working of the equipment it is necessary to abide by the instructions given in the Manual which must obviously be consulted before starting
work.
Using the equipment for purposes other than those described in this Manual will not only be considered as forbidden and improper,
but will also free the manufacturer of all direct and/or indirect responsibility.
Section 2 – GUARANTEE
The Manufacturer provides a 24 (twenty-four)-months guarantee on all the products valid from the date of purchase (mentioned on the shipping
document).
The guarantee excludes all parts subject to wear.
The guarantee becomes invalid, and together with it all direct and indirect responsibility, if the product has been tampered with or used improperly,
and if the spare parts used are not genuine.
The goods returned for repair within the guarantee period are CARRIAGE PAID.

FUNCTIONAL SAFETY OF THE FLUIDISATION NOZZLES AND AERATION PAD
The compressed air supplied to the various utilities must have certain special features:
•
C lean: free of scale which could damage the solenoid valves present on the pneumatic actuator.
• D ehumidified: use of a condensate trap is advisable.
• U nlubricated
Air supply quality following ISO8573-1:2010 class 5.4.1
Max working pressure:
• U 025 0.2bar(2.9 psi), U060 1bar(14 psi), I100 0.2bar(2.9 psi).
Noise level: The measured equivalent continuous noise pressure level of the equipment NEVER exceeds 100 dB(A)*
* Measurements made in normal operating conditions in accordance with UNI EN ISO 11202, with simulated load.
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, COMPLY WITH THE STANDARDS IN FORCE IN THE COUNTRY WHERE THE MACHINE IS USED.
Section 4 – INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE FLUIDISATION NOZZLES AND AERATION PADS
U025
A) Make a hole of approx. 36mm / 1.42 In and deburr it inside and outside.
B) Area of installation
ū Clean the area around the hole.
ū Weld the metal ring (1) to the silo/hopper wall.
Before to proceed to other installation steps make sure that the surrounding area have reached enviromental temperature.
C) Screw the U025(2) on the metal ring(1).
D) Mount 1/2" GAS air nipple (4-not included) and pipeline
U060
A) Make a hole of approx. 62mm / 2.44 In. and deburr it inside and outside.
B) Area of installation
ū Clean the area around the hole.
ū Weld the metal ring (1) to the silo/hopper wall.
Before to proceed to other installation steps make sure that the surrounding area have reached enviromental temperature.
C) Screw the U060(2) on the metal ring(1).
D) Mount 3/8" GAS air nipple (4) and pipeline.
I100
A) Make a hole Ø14mm / 0.55 In in the silo/hopper wall.
B) Insert I100(1) from internal silo wall.
C) Mount rubber washer(2).
D) Mount washer (3) - UNI6592-TE-14-200HV
E) Tighten fixing screw 1/4"GAS (4).
F) Mount 1/4" GAS male air nipple (5-not included) and pipeline.
Use pipelines that have a flow rate adequate to the number of the fluidizer used.
The air compressor system must be placed at a distance from the first level of fluidizer not higher than 10m(long distance may cause pressure drop)
Equipment must be installed as idicated:
compressor  pressure regulator  electropneumatic valve for automatic operation  fluidizer.
Failure to observe the instructions can cause product failure.
Section 4.1 – INCORRECT OPERATIONS:
• M inimum distance between hopper outlet and first level of fluidisation nozzles / aeration pads can't be ≤ 250mm.
• D ont use pipeline under Ø6mm.
Section 5 – MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Product doesn't need maintenance.
Section 6 – SPARE PARTS
Spare parts are not previewed.

Bevor Sie das Produkt benutzen, lesen Sie die Betriebsanweisung sorgfältig durch, und bewahren Sie das Handbuch an einem sicheren Ort auf, um
dieses auch zukünftig nachschlagen zu können.

Bei der Annahme des Produkts bitte sicherstellen, dass:
- die Verpackung nicht dermaßen beschädigt ist, so dass das Produkt beschädigt wurde.
- keine äußere Beschädigung des Produkts vorliegt.
- die Lieferung den Auftragsspezifikationen entspricht; wenn überhaupt, muss die Nichtübereinstimmung und/oder die äußere Beschädigung sofort
ausführlich dem Frachtführer und Hersteller und/oder dem Händler berichtet werden.
Teil 1.1 - IDENTIFIKATION
Die Identifizierungscodes des Produkts stehen auf das Kartonetikett.
Bei der Bestellung von Ersatzteilen oder bei der Anfrage nach Kundendiensteinsatz müssen diese Daten immer angegeben werden.
Teil 1.2 - BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Die Belüfter der Baureihe U025 - U060 - I100 können nur zur Luftauflockerung des in einem Trichter oder Silo befindlichen Pulvers eingesetzt werden.
U025-U060 kann nicht auf Edelstahl Trichter oder Silo montiert werden.
Um die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Geräts zu gewährleisten, müssen die im Handbuch angegebenen Anweisungen befolgt werden. Es ist Ratsam die
Anweisungen nachzuschlagen, bevor man mit der Arbeit anfängt.
Die Benutzung des Geräts zu anderen Zwecken als zu solchen , die im Handbuch beschrieben sind, ist nicht nur als unsachgemäß und
verboten anzusehen, sondern enthebt den Hersteller von jeder indirekten und/oder direkten Haftung.
Teil 2 - GARANTIE
Der Hersteller bietet auf seine Produkte eine Garantie von 24 (vierundzwanzig) Monaten ab dem Einkaufsdatum (auf dem Transportdokument
angegeben).
Die Garantie schließt alle Verschleißteile aus.
Die Garantie (und damit jede direkte oder indirekte Haftung) verfällt, falls am Produkt unerlaubte Änderungen vorgenommen wurden oder das Gerät
unsachgemäß benutzt wurde und falls keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden.
Die Waren, die in der Garantiezeit zu reparieren sind, müssen FRACHTFREI zugestellt werden.

FUNKTIONSSICHERHEIT DER BELÜFTUNGSDÜSEN UND -KISSEN
Die Druckluft, die an verschiedenen Teile zugeführt ist, muss bestimmte, spezielle Eigenschaften aufweisen:

Qualität der Luftzufuhr laut ISO8573-1:2010 Klasse 5.4.1
Max. Arbeitsdruck:
• U 025 0,2bar(2,9 psi), U060 1bar(14 psi), I100 0,2bar(2,9 psi).
Geräuschpegel: Der bemessene, äquivalente, durchschnittliche Schalldruckpegel der Geräts bleibt IMMER unter 100 dB(A)*
* Die Messungen wurden unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen, gemäß der Norm UNI EN ISO 11202, unter simulierter Last durchgeführt.
ZUSÄTZLICH ZUR OBEN ERWÄHNTEN EMPFEHLUNGEN, MÜSSEN ALLE GELTENDEN NORMEN DES LANDES, WO DIE MASCHINE BENUTZT IST,
EINGEHALTEN WERDEN.
Teil 4 - EINBAU UND EINSATZ DER BELÜFTUNGSDÜSEN UND -KISSEN
U025
A) Eine Bohrung von ungefähr 36mm/1,42 Zoll ausführen und diese inner- und außerhalb entgraten.
B) Montagebereich
ū Den Bereich rund um die Bohrung reinigen.
ū Die Stahlmuffe (1) an der Silo-/Trichterwand anschweißen.
Bevor man zu den weiteren Montageschritten fortfährt, sicherstellen, dass sich die Umgebung zur Raumtemperatur abgekühlt hat.
C) Den U025(2) an der Stahlmuffe (1) anschrauben.
D) Den Luftanschluss G 1/2" (4 - nicht inbegriffen) und die Rohrleitung einbauen.
U060
A) Eine Bohrung von ungefähr 62mm / 2,44 Zoll ausführen und diese inner- und außerhalb entgraten.
B) Montagebereich.
ū Den Bereich rund um die Bohrung reinigen.
ū Die Stahlmuffe (1) an der Silo-/Trichterwand anschweißen.
Bevor man zu den weiteren Montageschritten fortfährt, sicherstellen, dass sich die Umgebung zur Raumtemperatur abgekühlt hat.
C) Den U060(2) an der Stahlmuffe (1) anschrauben.
D) Den Luftanschluss G 3/8" (4) und die Rohrleitung einbauen.
I100
A) Eine Bohrung von Ø14mm /0,55 Zoll in der Silo-/Trichterwand ausführen.
B) Den I100(1) auf die Siloinnenwand anbringen.
C) Die Gummidichtung (2) einfügen.
D) Die Unterlegscheibe (3) - UNI6592-TE-14-200HV - einbauen.
E) Die Befestigungsschraube G 1/4" (4) fest anziehen.
F) Den Luftanschluss mit Außengewinde G 1/4" (5 - nicht inbegriffen) und die Rohrleitung einbauen.
Rohrleitungen benutzen, deren Durchflussmenge der Anzahl von angewendeten Belüfter geeignet ist.
Die Luftkompressoranlage muss in einem Abstand von bis zu 10 Meter zur ersten Ebene der Belüfter angebracht werden. (Ein größerer Abstand konnte
Druckabfälle verursachen).
Die Einrichtung muss wie folgt eingebaut werden:
Kompressor Druckregler Magnetventil für den automatischen Betrieb  Belüfter.
Die Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen kann zur Fehlfunktion des Geräts führen.
Teil 4.1 – FALSCHE BENUTZUNGSWEISEN:
• D er Mindestabstand zwischen dem Trichterauslass und der ersten Ebene von Belüftungsdüsen/-kissen darf nicht kleiner als 250mm sein.
• R ohrleitungen mit einem Durchmesser kleiner als 6mm nicht verwenden.
Teil 5 - WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG
Das Produkt benötigt keine Wartungsarbeiten.
Teil 6 - ERSATZTEILE
Es sind keine Ersatzteile vorgesehen.
