Warranty:
You have a 2 years warranty on your WHIS device, wear and tear of sensitive parts such as cables and headsets are not
covered by warranty. The warranty begins on the date of purchase of a new, unused product by the first purchaser.
Save your receipt as proof of purchase / warranty card. Warranty is provided by repair or replacement of parts. Exchanged
defective parts become the property of WHIS. When handling the device, please exercise care. The warranty becomes void
if the equipment has been opened or repaired by unauthorized persons (not being authorized by WHIS). The national
consumer warranty applies as defined in the country of purchase. The following are excluded from the warranty:
Cable breakage of headsets, earphones and microphones

Water damage
•
Battery life. The capacity of the battery depleting of the years is a normal occurrence with lithium-ion batteries (such
•
as with mobile phones). However, this strongly depends on the intensity and manner of use of the device. You have
the battery of your device replaced against cost price at WHIS.
Defaults occurring due to incorrect use of the device such as wrong voltage / connections, operating errors or
•
mechanical damage. Proper use of the device is in described in this user manual.
Damages due to wear and tear.
•
Damages due to modifications made by third parties.
•
Damages caused by violence.
•
Environment:
Please do not dispose of the device alongside normal household waste when it has reached the end of its life span, instead
bring it to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. You must return exhausted or faulty
batteries to your local depot for household hazardous waste or deposit it at a designated battery collection point.
Never dispose empty batteries with your household waste.

Safety instructions:

Liability derived from damages due to incorrect handling are excluded.

Keep the device away from children and animals.
•
The device contents small parts that can be swallowed or inhaled.
•
Avoid temperatures above 60 ° C, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat.
•
Immediately discontinue use if the product overheats, the charging cable is damaged or the product itself is damaged.

Protect batteries and charger against damage.
•
Do not expose to moisture or water.
•
Avoid short circuits.
•
Do not damage or disassemble the device.
•
Discontinue use if the battery is faulty.

Use only original parts.

If the device isn't used for a longer period of time, the battery should be charged approximately every 3 months.

Charge the batteries only at ambient temperatures between 10 °C and 40 °C.

Dispose of the device or parts according to the HHW rules (household hazardous waste) at special waste points or

return it to your supplier.
Incorrectly used batteries / chargers or abuse of batteries / chargers could cause leaks and in extreme cases lead to:

heat danger, fire / explosion, hazard, smoke or gas hazard.
