A：Why is there no audio output from HDMI
port?
1. Please make sure that the monitor has
audio output function.
2. Please set the external monitor as default
audio output device
B：Why cannot I connect two portable hard
drives to the USB port?
The USB port is powered by your computer.
The power supply depends on the USB port
of upstream device. Please do not connect
two or more high power consuming devices
simultaneously.
C：Why my 13" MacBook pro receives only 55W
power during charging after I connect my
61W charger to the hub?
When the hub is connected to power
adapter, it draws power directly from adapter
instead of computer. So, the hub would
keep around 5W power to maintain a proper
function of itself.
D：Why thereʼs a delay when I use the hub with
my wireless mouse? (Why the hub causes
interference to WI-FI)
When USB3.0 is at work, noises can be
caused that interfere with wireless mouse
and network working at 2.4Ghz frequency
channel. The product itself has been shielded
to decrease noise interference to 2.4Ghz
frequency channel. If the problem persists,
you can try the methods below:
