POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISK TIP BASIC (ENOBARVNI), MULTILAYER IN 3-LAYER
POLIDENT PMMA CAD /CAM DISK tip BASIC (enobarvni), MULTILAYER ali 3-LAYER, so primerni za
izdelavo začasnih kron in mostičkov ter za preverjanje naleganja mostičkov na mavčni model ali v
ustih pred končnim rezkanjem cirkona.
V PMMA CAD/CAM DISK tip MULTILAYER in 3-LAYER je integrirano več slojev. Barve slojev so
prilagojene naravnemu barvnemu tonu zob, kar omogoča izdelavo estetskih in ekonomskih
rekonstrukcij.
MED IZDELAVO KRONE IN MOSTIČKA MORAMO UPOŠTEVATI NASLEDNJA PRIPOROČILA:

V okluzalnem področju mora biti minimalna debelina stene 1,0 mm, v cervikalnem pa 0,6
mm.

Površina konektorja mora biti v interkaninem področju večja od 10mm

 V transkaninem področju naj bosta največ dva člena med dvema nosilcema.

V primeru uporabe MULTILAYER ali 3-LAYER diskov moramo paziti na položaj slojev diska.
Skleninska stran diska je označena.
KONČNA OBDELAVA KRONE IN MOSTIČKA IN CEMENTIRANJE V USTIH:
 Za obdelavo uporabi obdelovalna sredstva primerna za akrilat. Poliranje izvajaj s polirno
pasto in mehkimi ščetkami. Pazi, da se material ne pregreje!
 Za cementiranje uporabi začasni cement.

POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISK TIP SPLINT
POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISK tip SPLINT je primeren predvsem za izdelavo zobnih opornic in
ostalih izdelkov za uporabo v ustni votlini. Diske lahko uporabimo tudi za izdelavo ogrodij za
predhodno testiranje v ustni votlini, za delovne modele ter za ogrodja za izdelavo kalupov v
precizijskem litju s kovino ali press keramiko. Zobne opornice se izdela s programsko opremo za
računalniško podprto oblikovanje opornic. Pri oblikovanju ogrodij za precizijsko litje je potrebno
upoštevati debelino in preseke izdelkov, glede na končni uporabljen material.
Za končno obdelavo akrilatnih izdelkov se uporabljajo obdelovalna sredstva za akrilat. Za poliranje
se uporabljajo plovec, paste in mehke ščetke za poliranje.
Pomembno je, da se material ne pregreje!

SKLADIŠČENJE
Shranjujte pri sobni temperaturi.
OPOZORILA
V primeru znanih alergij ali preobčutljivosti na akrilne materiale izdelka ne uporabljajte.
V primeru resnih težav v zvezi z uporabo izdelka naj se to sporoči proizvajalcu (Polident d.o.o .;
vigilanca@polident.si) in pristojnemu organu države članice, kjer ima uporabnik sedež.

POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC TYPE BASIC (MONOCHROME), MULTILAYER AND 3-LAYER
POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC type BASIC (monochrome), MULTILAYER and 3-LAYER are suitable
for manufacturing of long-term temporary crowns and bridges and for verifying the bridge on the
plaster model/mouth before the final ZrO2 milling process.
POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC type MULTILAYER and 3-LAYER are composed by several different
layers. Layers colours are adapted to the natural colour gradient of the tooth. The final result is a
very aesthetic and economic restoration.
SOME RULES TO CONSIDER THROUGH THE PMMA C & B DESIGN:

The minimum wall thickness has to be 1,0mm in occlusal region and 0,6mm in cervical region.
 The connector profile has to be more than 10mm

A max of two pontics is allowed between two abutment teeth in posterior region.
 Pay attention to the positioning of the restoration within the MULTILAYER and 3-LAYER disc.
The enamel layer is marked on the top of disc.
FINISHING C & B AND CEMENTING IN THE MOUTH:

Use burs for acrylic. Polishing is possible with polishing paste and soft hair brushes. Pay
attention not to overheat the material!
 For cementing the bridge use temporary cement.

POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC TYPE SPLINT
POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC type SPLINT is mainly suitable for fabrication of splints and other
oral cavity devices. Discs can also be used for fabrication of frameworks for testing within the oral
cavity, for working models and as a base for fabrication of moulds in precision casting with metal or
press ceramics. Braces are first designed with software for computer-aided design for braces.
Thickness and cross-sections that apply to the final material need to be taken into consideration
during design of frameworks for precision casting.
Tools for acrylate are used for finishing and final adjustments. For polishing, a pumice stone, pastes
and soft polishing brushes are used.
It is important not to overheat the material!

POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC TYP BASIC (EINFARBIG), MULTILAYER ODER 3-LAYER
PMMA CAD/CAM DISC typ BASIC (einfarbig), MULTILAYER oder 3-LAYER, geeignet zur Herstellung
von provisorischen und Langzeitkronen und Brücken sowie zur Prüfung der Anpassung am
Gipsmodell / im Mund vor dem endgültigen ZrO2-Fräsverfahren.
Bei PMMA CAD/CAM DISC typ MULTILAYER oder 3-LAYER sind mehrere verschiedene Schichten
integriert. Die Farben der Schichten sind an die natürliche Farbabstufung des Zahnes angepasst und
ermöglichen eine sehr ästhetische und sparsame Restauration.
EIN PAAR ZU BERÜCKSICHTIGENDE REGELN BEI DER HERSTELLUNG VON PMMA KRONEN UND
BRÜCKEN:
 Im okklusalen Bereich sollte die minimum Wanddicke 1,0 mm und 0,6 mm im zervikalen
Bereich betragen.

Im Seitenzahnbereich sind max. 2 Brückenzwischenglied zwischen zwei Stützzähnen
zulässig.
 Bei der Arbeit mit einer MULTILAYER oder 3-LAYER Disc ist bei der Restauration auf die
Positionierung der Schichten zu achten. Die Enamel-Schicht ist auf der Disk gekennzeichnet.
ENDBEHANDLUNG KRONEN UND BRÜCKEN, UND BEFESTIGUNG IM MUND

Zum Schleifen verwenden Sie Bohrer, die zum Gebrauch mit Acryl geeignet sind Polieren ist
möglich mit Polierpaste und Bürsten mit weichen Borsten. Achten Sie darauf, das Material
nicht zu überhitzen!
 Zur Befestigung der Brücke verwenden Sie provisorischen Zement.

POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC TYP SPLINT
Die POLIDENT PMMA CAD/CAM DISC typ SPLINT sind in erster Linie für die Herstellung von
Spangen und anderem Mundhöhlen-Zubehör geeignet. Sie können ebenfalls für die Herstellung
von Testrahmen innerhalb der Mundhöhle angewandt werden, für Arbeitsmodelle und als Basis für
die Herstellung von Abdrücken als Feinguss von Metall oder Keramik. Die Spangen werden zuerst
mit Hilfe einer Computer-Software für die computerunterstützte Spangenherstellung entworfen.
Beim Planen der Rahmen für den Feinguss müssen die Dicke und die Querprofile in Bezug auf das
Endmaterial berücksichtigt werden.
Werkzeuge für Acrylate werden zum Fräsen verwendet. Zum Polieren verwenden wir Bimsstein,
Pasten und weiche Polierbürsten.
Es ist wichtig, das Material nicht überhitzt wird!

HINWEISE
Bei bekannten Allergien oder Überempfindlichkeit gegen Acrylmaterialien das Produkt nicht
verwenden. Im Falle eines schwerwiegenden Vorfalls im Zusammenhang mit dem Produkt sollte
dies dem Hersteller (Polident d.o.o.; vigilanca@polident.si) und der zuständigen Behörde des
Mitgliedstaats gemeldet werden, in dem der Benutzer niedergelassen ist.
