Connect and charge the watch according to the picture.
It needs to be charged to activate the watch when it is started for
the first time.

Wear the device a inger's distance
froam the wrist bone and adjust the
tightness of the wristband to a
comfortable position.
Tip: Wearing too loosely may affect the accuracy
ofheart rate data.
HOME, long press for three seconds to
display the model/version number/
Bluetooth address, and then long press
for three seconds to display shutdown/
factory reset/cancel.
Normal shutdown, press and hold for
three seconds to boot.
Return to the previous menu function
Replace the strap
Flp the switch and
take out the
wristband.
