functions, etc.
We recommend you to install the provided updates on your product.

• Make sure that there is a stable power supply before starting a software update. A power interruption can lead to

The update is compatible with the following operating systems: Win 10 / 11
Performing the firmware update:
• Download the firmware and extract the ZIP-file, you will find the update application and instruction. Please follow the
instruction for updating the webcam.
For Windows 10:
1. Return to Desktop, with right click you can open "display settings".
2. Change scaling to 100%.
3. Open application "USB.exe" in the folder "139994 C-650 Update Firmware – WIN 10".
4. Click "scan device".
5. Select the device "Hama C-650 Face Tracking".
