Angaben für den Reflow Lötprozess:
Lötprofil in Anlehnung an JEDEC J-STD-020/E Bild 5-1 für bleifreie Baugruppen bis zu einer
Maximaltemperatur von 260°C.
Da der Lötprozess weiteren Einflussfaktoren wie z.B. Lötpaste, Fertigungsanlage,
Leiterplattenparameter unterliegt, empfehlen wir die Durchführung von Verarbeitungstests und die
Erstellung eines optimalen Lötprofiles unter realen Fertigungsbedingungen im Zuge des Design-in
Prozesses.
Specifications for the reflow soldering process:
Soldering profile based on JEDEC J-STD-020/E Fig. 5-1 for lead-free assemblies up to a maximum
temperature of 260°C.
As the soldering process is subject to other influencing factors such as solder paste, production
equipment, PCB parameters, we recommend carrying out processing tests and creating an optimum
soldering profile under real production conditions in the course of the design-in process.
