Weight mode
1. Place the scale on a flat and stable surface.
2. Press the button to turn the scale on.
3. Wait until the screen shows "0". Press the UNIT button to switch to "weight" mode if
needed.
4. Place the ingredient to be weighed on the scale to begin weighing. The screen shows the
weight of the ingredient.
5. For water or milk, press the UNIT button to switch to volume mode. The volume of the
liquid is displayed on the screen.

1. Place the scale on a flat and stable surface.
2. Press the button to turn the scale on.
3. Wait until the screen shows "0". Press the UNIT button to select the desired mode ("water
volume" or "milk volume").
4. Place a recipient on the scale platform. The screen shows the weight of the recipient.
5. Press the button to reset the scale to zero.
6. Pour the liquid into the recipient. The screen shows the volume of the liquid.
7. Press the UNIT button to return to "weight" mode. The weight of the liquid displayed on
the screen.
