Anwendung
Einbaugehäuse für den schalungsbündigen
Einbau in Betondecken.
Sowohl für den Einbau in Elementdecken als
auch für Ortbetondecken geeignet.
Produktbeschreibung
Einbaugehäuse besteht aus Aluminium
und Edelstahl
Stahlplatte mit Gewindestange und
Dichtungsronde aus Silikon für die Fixierung
des Einbaugehäuses auf der Stahlschalung
2 gegenüberliegende Einführungen
für Installationsrohre mit einem
Durchmesser maximal ø 30 mm

oder Montage entstehen.
Werden nachträglich Änderungen an dem
Ergänzungsteil vorgenommen, so gilt derjenige
als Hersteller, der diese Änderungen vornimmt.
Montage
Flügelmutter lösen und Zentrierplatte mit
Gewindestange und Dichtungsronde aus dem
Einbaugehäuse herausziehen.
Montagepunkte auf der Deckenverschalung
einmessen. Zentrierplatte auf dem Schaltisch
positionieren und z. B. mit geeigneten
Heißkleber befestigen.
Dichtungsronde über die Gewindestange auf
die Zentrierplatte führen. Vor dem Aufsetzen
des Einbaugehäuses unbedingt darauf achten,
dass der Randbereich der Dichtungsronde
absolut sauber ist.
Einbaugehäuse über Dichtungsronde und
Gewindestange setzen, gleichmäßig andrücken
und mit Flügelmutter und Unterlegscheibe auf
der Verschalung befestigen.
Nach dem Aushärten des Betons die
Flügelmutter lösen und die Zentrierplatte mit
Dichtungseinsatz aus dem Einbaugehäuse
entfernen.
Beiliegenden Dichtstopfen von oben in das
Einbaugehäuse einsetzen und das Loch der
Gewindestange verschließen.
Für die Verrohrung auf der Ortbetonbaustelle
die Leitungseinführungen entsprechend den
verlegten Installationsrohren einschneiden.
Installationsrohre in das Einbaugehäuse
einführen und gegen Herausrutschen sichern.

If any accessory is subsequently modified, the
persons responsible for the modification shall
be considered as manufacturer.
Installation
Undo wing nut and pull centre-plate with
threaded rod and sealing disc out of the
installation housing.
Determine the mounting position on the ceiling
formwork. Position the centre plate on the
formwork table and secure in place e.g. with
hot glue.
Guide the gasket ring over the threaded rod
and onto the centre-plate. Before mounting the
installation housing, make sure that the edges
of the gasket ring are completely clean.
Place the installation housing over the gasket
ring and threaded rod, press down evenly and
secure to the casing using the wing nut and
washer.
Once the concrete has set, undo the wing nut
and remove the centre-plate with gasket ring
from the installation housing.
Insert the enclosed gasket plug into the
installation housing from above and seal the
hole in the threaded rod.
For conduit installation at construction sites
with in-situ concrete, cut the cable entries
according to the cable conduits installed.
Insert cable conduits into the installation
housing and secure in place.

Utilisation
Boîtier d'encastrement pour encastrement
affleurant au coffrage dans les plafonds en
béton.
Convient aussi bien à un montage dans des
éléments de plafonds que dans des plafonds
en béton coulé.
Description du produit
Boîtier d'encastrement fabriqué en aluminium
et acier inoxydable
Plaque en acier avec tige filetée et rondelle
d'étanchéité en silicone pour la fixation du
boîtier d'encastrement sur le coffrage en acier
2 entrées opposées pour gaines de passage
de câble, max. ø 30 mm
Poids: 1,8 kg
Sécurité

Toutes les modifications apportées à cet
accessoire se feront sous la responsabilité
exclusive de celui qui les effectuera.
Installation
Desserrer l'écrou papillon et retirer le disque
de centrage avec tige filetée et rondelle
d'étanchéité du boîtier d'encastrement.
Marquer les points de montage sur le coffrage
du plafond. Positionner la plaque de centrage
sur le coffrage et le fixer, par ex. avec de la
colle thermofusible adaptée.
Enfiler la rondelle d'étanchéité par-dessus la
tige filetée sur le disque de centrage. Avant
l'installation du boîtier d'encastrement, veiller
impérativement à ce que les bords de la
rondelle d'étanchéité soient parfaitement
propres.
Placer le boîtier d'encastrement par dessus la
rondelle d'étanchéité et la tige filetée, presser
uniformément et fixer sur le coffrage avec
l'écrou papillon et la rondelle.
Une fois le béton durci, desserrer l'écrou
papillon et retirer le disque de centrage avec
joint d'étanchéité du boîtier d'encastrement.
Insérer le bouchon d'étanchéité fourni dans le
boîtier d'encastrement par le haut et fermer le
trou de la tige filetée.
Pour le tubage du site en béton coulé, entailler
les entrées de câble conformément aux gaines
d'installation posées.
Introduire les gaines d'installation dans le boîtier
d'encastrement et les sécuriser pour qu'elles
ne glissent pas vers l'extérieur.
