2. Lieferzustand Das Aqua Quick Gerät ist ausschließlich als Standgerät lieferbar. 3.2 Befüllung der Tauchwanne Vor der Befüllung bitte Minimum überprüfen, ob die Ablassschraube fest angezogen ist. Eventuell Eimer unterstellen, anschließend Wasser einfüllen. Minimalstand: Tauchwalzen müssen bis zur Oberkante mit Wasser bedeckt sein = ca. 15 Liter. Da die Wassertemperatur Einfluss auf die Aktivierungsgeschwindigkeit der Kleberschicht hat, soll die Wassertemperatur im Idealfall zwischen 10°... -

3.5 Einfädeln der Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn in die Tauchwanne Durch die Formgebung der Tauchwanne lässt sich das Gewebe/Vlies problemlos unter den beiden Tauchwalzen hindurchschieben. Das Gerät ist mit einem Abstreifsystem ausgestattet. Zum Einfädeln der Gewebe- oder Vliesbahn wird die Wasserabstreifklappe nach unten geklappt (= Transportstellung). -

3.5 Threading the tissue or fleece web into the steep bath Due to the shape of the steep bath, the tissue/fl eece can be moved under both steep baths without a problem. The device is equipped with a stripper system. To thread in the tissue or fl eece web, the water skimming fl ap is folded down (= transport position). With the help of the adjusting screws, the fl ap can be moved higher or lower, depending on how much water the adhesive applied to the rear should receive. -
