Mounting instructions
Strickly follow these instrutions:
1. Loosen the screws (Fig. 3-1) and take off the cover. It is not necessary to take off the rotary knob (Fig. 3-2.). Attention: The
potentiometer is connected, to the PCB of the regulator.
2. Put the switch in "Off" position.
3. Connect the earth, the fan and line (230 V) according the diagram (Fig. 2).
4. Put the switch in "On" position and adjust the minimum (Fig. 3-8.) and maximum speed (Fig. 3-9.) . IMPORTANT: The minimum voltage
for regulating motors is 70 Vrms.
5. Put back the cover and tighten the screws.
6. Check if the controller funtions well.
Note
SW11 (Fig. 3) incorporates, if selected a full speed start. When the regulator is started the motor works 100% for about 10 seconds. This
function is repeated each stop.
SW12 (Fig. 3) incorporates, if selected, an acceleration ramp (approx. 10 s from 0 to 100%).
