sind zu verlegen unter Beachtung der technischen Parameter und
■
Vorgaben zur Verbindungsherstellung entsprechend unseren Produkt-
beschreibungen.
sind vor Öl, Fett, Farbe, PU, Lösungsmitteln, Klebstoffen, organischen
■
Reinigungsmitteln sowie vor ammoniak- und chlorhaltigen Verbindun-
gen zu schützen.
dürfen nicht als Festpunkt oder zum Biegen eines Rohrbogens verwen-
■
det werden und sind erst am fertigen Rohrbogen anzubringen.
sind grundsätzlich spannungsfrei zu verarbeiten und ausschließlich mit
■
alpex F50 PROFI Rohr zu stecken.
dürfen nur im Bereich gerader Rohrstrecken eingesetzt werden.
■
müssen nach der Installation und vor den Verputzarbeiten/Estrichar-
■
beiten usw. nach ZVSHK druckgeprüft und auf Dichtheit kontrolliert
werden. Prüfmedium Wasser: Sanitär nach DIN EN 806-4 (min. 11 bar)
und für Heizung nach DIN 18380 (ca. 4-6 bar). Prüfmedium Druckluft:
nach DIN EN 806-4 (Dichtigkeitsprüfung 150 mbar; Festigkeitsprüfung
3 bar). Siehe Druckprobenprotokoll.*
können mit alpex F50 PROFI Rohr unter Beachtung entsprechender
■
Schutzmaßnahmen im Fußbodenaufbau unterhalb von Heißasphalt
verlegt werden (siehe Technische Information).
sind resistent gegen Desinfektions- und Reinigungsmittel nach
■
DVGW-Arbeitsblatt W 291 und DIN 2000 sowie gegenüber allen natür-
lichen Trinkwasserinhaltsstoffen gemäß DIN 2000.
und Formteile sind entsprechend zu installieren um die Anforderungen

nach DIN 4109 – Schallschutz im Hochbau zu erfüllen!
sind gemäß den Anforderungen nach DIN 1988 / DIN EN 806 und der

aktuellen EnEV zu dämmen (siehe Technische Information).
müssen, wenn sie mit Wasser gefüllt sind, durch entsprechende

Maßnahmen vor Frost geschützt werden (z.B. Beheizung, Frostschutz-

Guidelines for use

must be installed in compliance with the technical parameters and
■
specifications for connection in accordance with our product descrip-
tions.
must be protected against oils, greases, paint, PU, solvents, adhesives,
■
organic cleaning agents, and against ammonia or chloride compounds.
must not be used as a fixed point or for pipe bending, and must only be
■
installed on the finished pipe bend.
must generally be installed stress-free and may only be pushed
■
together with the alpex F50 PROFI or alpex-duo XS pipe.
may only be used in straight pipe sections.
■
must be pressure-tested according to ZVSHK and checked for
■
leak-tightness after installation and before plastering, screed work
or the like. Water as a test medium: sanitary according to DIN EN
806-4 (at least 11 bar) and for heating according to DIN 18380 (approx.
4 to 6 bar). Compressed air as a test medium: according to DIN EN
806-4 (leak-tightness test 150 mbar; strength test 3 bar). See pressure
test report.*
can be installed with an alpex F50 PROFI pipe or alpex-duo XS pipe,
■
observing the respective protection measures in the floor structure
underneath hot asphalt (see Technical information).
are resistant to disinfectants and detergents according to DVGW work-
■
sheet W 291 and DIN 2000 and to all natural ingredients of drinking
water according to DIN 2000.
and fittings must be installed appropriately in order to meet the require-
■
ments according to DIN 4109 - Sound insulation in buildings.
must be insulated according to the requirements of DIN 1988 / DIN EN

806 and the applicable German Energy Conservation Ordinance (EnEV)

must be protected against frost by adequate means if filled with water

(e.g. heating, antifreeze agents, blowing out with compressed air).
and alpex F50 PROFI pipes as well as alpex-duo XS pipes must general-

ly be installed by recognised experts.
must be processed with alpex tools and tools approved.

must be protected from UV radiation.

Der Steckverbinder ist für einen max. Dauerbetriebsdruck von 10 bar
■
(Trinkwasserinstallation) bzw. 6 bar (Heizungsinstallation) und einer
max. Betriebstemperatur von 95 °C zugelassen.
Der Steckverbinder dient als Übergang von einem Kupfer- oder
■
C-Stahlrohr zum alpex F50 PROFI Mehrschichtverbundrohr.
Für das alpex F50 PROFI Mehrschichtverbundrohr ist die passende
■
Stützhülse zu verwenden.
Guidelines for use
Push-fit connector >B< Push
The push-fit connector has been approved for a max. constant operating
■
pressure of 10 bar (drinking water installations) or 6 bar (heating installa-
tions) and a max. operating temperature of 95 °C.
The push-fit connector serves as an adapter from a copper or C-steel
■
pipe to the alpex F50 PROFI or alpex-duo XS multilayer composite pipe.
Use appropriate support sleeve for the alpex F50 PROFI or alpex-duo XS
■
multilayer composite pipe.
