OPERATION - General
The appliance is intended

not for professional use.
1. Stainless steel bowl
2. Holder
3. Adjusting knob
4. Kitchen scale

OPERATION - Use

1. Screw the holder (2) onto the scale using the screws provided.
2. Place the kitchen scale (4) on a hard, flat surface.
3. Place the stainless steel bowl (1) on the holder.
4. Adjust the pointer to "0" (= line above the text 5 kg) by turning the adjusting know (3)
at the top of the scale to the left or right.
5. Place the food in the middle of the stainless steel dish for the correct weight.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Clean the stainless steel bowl with warm water and some detergent.
• Clean the rest of the scale with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
• Don't use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
