MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS
In general, DINO PAOLI S.r.l.'s warranty terms and conditions are the following:
⚪ Products warranty is 12 months from the
date of purchase (proof of purchase is
request and, for impact wrenches, the sales
receipt must also include the serial number
of the tool), for defects of raw material and
manufacture which can be proven.
⚪ The warranty shall not apply if the PAOLI
products involved have been used in
an improper, incorrect way, overloaded,
tampered with or repaired by persons who
are not authorized by PAOLI.
⚪ PAOLI will not be held responsible and will
decline any claims for any accidental, indirect
or special damages which derive from the
incorrect functioning of the machine.
⚪ Any technical interventions which are
performed during the period of warranty
do not give cause to the extension of
the warranty; in particular, such repairs of
part replacements are guaranteed for the
remaining period of the original warranty.
To validate the guarantee (made within 10 days from date of purchase), buy spare parts and
receive assistance, the Customer must send an e-mail with all the data to sales@paoli.net.
⚪ The warranty does not cover the complete
replacement of the tool except in the case of
an obvious defect which the end customer
must report within 8 days of receipt; on
the other hand the warranty does cover
the replacement of the components and
labour costs necessary to recover the good
working order of the tool.
⚪ The assessment of the possibility to replace
components under warranty is however
subject to the final decision of PAOLI on
condition that these are received at our
offices where our technicians can carry
out a more detailed analysis. We grant the
maximum fairness and reliability and at the
same time, this will allow us to quickly
assess any production problems, for which
we can consequently take any necessary
corrective actions.
⚪ Any parts which are replaced will remain the
property of PAOLI.
