Connect M5 (footrest) and L1 (bracket). Use parts N5 (screws) and
N9 (washers) for fastening.
M1 (cap), M2 (small bearing) and L1 (bracket) are already mounted. If the
parts are not pre-assembled, attach M1 on top of L1 and align the holes.
Then push M2 through the holes of M1 and L1.
