› Der Einsatz der LT 5.28 dient zur Vermeidung von
Glasbruch des Doppelmantel-Reaktionsgefäßes:
insbesondere bei der Montage und Demontage aus dem
Wärmeträgerkreislauf und bei der Lagerung des gefüllten
Reaktionsgefäßes mit druckdichter Schnellverschluss-
Kupplung LT 5.25.
› Das Entlastungsventil LT 5.28 dient in Verbindung mit der
druckdichten Schnellverschluss-Kupplung LT 5.25 dazu,
den Druck im ansonsten hermetisch abgeschlossenen
Raum des Reaktionsgefäßes mit der Umgebung
auszugleichen.

› LT 5.28 relief valve serves to prevent glass breakage
of the double jacket reaction vessel, especially during
assembly and disassembly from the heat transfer fluid
circuit and during storage of the filled reaction vessel
with LT 5.25 pressure-tight lock coupling assembled.
› The LT 5.28 relief valve is used with the LT 5.25 pressure-
tight lock coupling to equalize the pressure in the
otherwise hermetically sealed chamber of the reaction
vessel with the environment.

1. Montage des Entlastungsventils LT 5.28.
2. Verbinden Sie LT 5.28 mit der Schnellverschlusskupplung
LT 5.25 an das Glasgefäß. Drücken und halten Sie LT
5.25 mit einer Hand und schieben Sie LT 5.28 mit der
anderen Hand hinein.
3. LT 5.28 von LT 5.25 abnehmen. Drücken und halten Sie
den LT 5.25 mit einer Hand und ziehen Sie den LT 5.28
mit der anderen Hand heraus.
4. Demontieren Sie den LT 5.28 zur gründlichen Reinigung.

› Reactor must have cooled down to room temperature!

› Wear your personal protective equipment during all work!
1. Assemble LT 5.28 relief valve.
2. Connect LT 5.28 to LT 5.25 lock coupling on the glass
vessels. Push and hold LT 5.25 with one hand while
pushing LT 5.28 into it with the other hand.
3. Remove LT 5.28 from LT 5.25. Push and hold LT 5.25 with
one hand while pulling out LT 5.28 with the other hand.
4. Disassemble LT 5.28 for thorough cleaning.

Cleaning
Use only cleaning agents which have been approved
by IKA to clean IKA devices.
These are water (with tenside) and isopropanol.
