WAGNERTUNING Intercooler
1. Demontage / demounting
Unterbodenschutz demontieren.
Ladeluftschläuche rechts und links am
Ladeluftkühler entriegeln und abziehen.
Serienladeluftkühler ausbauen.
Remove the underfloor protection.
Release the charge air hoses on the intercooler, pull
off and lay aside. Remove the standard intercooler.
2. Montage / Installation
Montieren Sie den WAGNERTUNING Ladeluftkühler.
Benutzen Sie zur Befestigung die Stockschrauben
und Sechskantmuttern.
Install the WAGNERTUNING Intercooler. For
attachment use the hanger bolts and hex nuts, which
are included to the Kit.
Bitte geben Sie Acht, dass die Führung vom
Ladeluftkühler richtig platziert wird.
Please be careful, that the guide on the Intercooler
is placed correctly.
Die Plastikverkleidung vom Lüfter muss hinter
den Halterungen am Ladeluftkühler sitzen. (Pos.1)
Die untere Dichtlippe wird unter den
Ladeluftkühler gedrückt. (Pos.2)
The plastic panel from the fan has to sit behind the
brackets on the intercooler. (Pos.1) The lower
sealing lip is pressed under the intercooler. (Pos.2)
Verbinden Sie die Ladeluftkühlerschläuche auf
beiden Seiten mit dem Ladeluftkühler. Achten Sie
darauf, dass die Metallklemme komplett einrastet.
Connect the air charge hoses to the intercooler on
both sides. Pay attention, that the metal clamps lock
at the right position.
Prüfen Sie alle Teile auf korrekten Sitz.
Unerbodenschutz montieren.
Inspect all parts for proper fit. Re-install underfloor
protection.
