Your
thermostatically
adjust the flame from 320° upwards
(control switch on position 6). From this
temperature upwards, the flame varies
automatically to maintain a temperature
close to 320°.
The temperature reading on your INNOVA
plancha built-in thermometers provide an
indication of the actuel temperatures, the
probe being placed in the centre of the
plate, aligned with the switches. They can
vary according to the conditions of use
(indoors/ourdoors), but may also depend
on the type of food you are cooking.
These temperatures cannot be checked
using a measuring device, since they were
read in a laboratory, under very specific
condutions.
