OFF TIMER
When the power is on, press the OFF timer button, the LCD screen will display
00:00, and then press the OK button, the time on the display will flash, press the
buttons to set the time. After the time is set, press OK to confirm.
Press the key twice to activate the OFF TIMER. The LCD screen will then display
the (OFF ) symbol. Press the key twice in quick succession to deactivate the
OFF timer.
MODE
When the unit is powered on, the default mode is Disc. Press the MODE button on
the remote control or the "M" button on the front of the unit to switch between Disc,
SD Card, USB, Bluetooth and FM modes. The LCD screen will display the
corresponding abbreviations when switching the mode.
FM (VHF RADIO)
Press the MODE button on the remote control or on the front panel of the device to
switch to FM mode.
When the device is turned on, press PLAY/PAUSE to start the automatic station
search. The unit will automatically scan the frequency range and store the found
radio stations. The quality of the found channels depends on your region and the
reception at your location. This process may take a few minutes. To play the
different channels Use the BACK/FORWARD (PREV/NEXT) button to change
channels within the stored program. Press
and hold the BACK or NEXT (PREV or NEXT) button briefly to have the unit scan for
the next channel. The channel will then be stored in the program.
To find a specific station, you can enter the MHz number (radio frequency) using the
numeric keys on the remote control. If you use this function, please note that the
frequency cannot be stored in the program.
BLUETOOTH (version 4.2)
Press the MODE button on the remote control or on the front panel of the device to
switch to BT mode when the device is on.
Then turn on the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, look for the model name
(pairing code) " Beatfoxx MDVD1606 Buddy " in the display among the available
devices. Select this on the device you wish to pair with the MDVD1606 (e.g.
smartphone or notebook). The pairing should be confirmed by a two-tone beep. If
you turn off the Bluetooth setting in your device, the player will also confirm the
disconnection with a beep.
A Bluetooth connection works up to approx. 10 meters depending on local
conditions. Obstacles such as furniture, walls, trees can possibly worsen or even
interrupt the transmission. If the pairing does not work, repeat the above process.
MP3
When playing MP3 discs, the MUTE, VOL+/VOL-, PLAY/PAUSE and PREV/NEXT
buttons function in the same way as they do during playback
of other discs. For discs you create yourself, please make sure that your files are in
compliance with licensing laws.
