LADEN BEI GERINGEN TEMPERATUREN
Auch das Laden bei geringen Temperaturen wird von unserem
BMS gesteuert. Der normale Ladebereich ist von 0°C bis +50°C,
wo die Batterie den kompletten Ladestrom aufnimmt.
Liegt die Temperatur außerhalb dieses Bereichs, wird der Ladestrom
automatisch vom BMS verringert, so dass sich die Batterie entweder
langsam erwärmen oder abkühlen kann. Die Batterie wird trotzdem
geladen, der Ladevorgang wird dadurch aber verlängert.

7. ÜBERPRÜFUNG / LAGERUNG / SERVICE
1.
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig Ihre Anschlusskabel und Kontakte auf
festen Sitz, Verformung, Risse oder Beschädigung!
2.
Kontrollieren Sie das Batteriegehäuse auf Beschädigungen. Eine
beschädigte Batterie darf nicht geladen werden und muss von‚
Phaesun geprüft werden!
3.
Verändert sich die Lauf- oder Ladezeit sehr stark in Bezug auf
den Neuzustand, sollte die Batterie geprüft oder aufgrund des
Betriebsalters getauscht werden!
4.
Prüfen Sie routinemäßig den Ladestatus der LiFePO4-Batterie!
5.
Die Selbstentladung der LiFePO4 Batterie ist mit 1-2%/Monat sehr
gering, wenn diese nicht in Gebrauch ist und gelagert wird
6.
Ziehen Sie den Austausch der LiFePO4-Batterie durch eine neue in
Betracht, wenn eine der folgenden Merkmale auftritt:
Die Laufzeit der LiFePO4-Batterie sinkt auf unter 80% der
ursprünglichen Laufzeit
Die Ladezeit der LiFePO4-Batterie steigt erheblich an.
7.1 REINIGUNG
Sollte eine Reinigung notwendig sein, verwenden Sie ein weiches
feuchtes Tuch ohne chemische Zusätze! Ansonsten ist das staub &
wasserdichte Gehäuse wartungsfrei.
7.2 LAGERUNG / ÜBERWINTERN
Verlängern Sie die Lebensdauer Ihrer LiFePO4 Batterie mit folgenden

CHARGING AT LOW TEMPERATURES Charging at low
temperatures is also controlled by our BMS. The normal charging
range is from 0°C to +50°C, in which the battery absorbs the full
charging current.
If the temperature is outside this range, the charging current is
automatically reduced by the BMS so that the battery can either warm
up slowly or cool down. The battery will still be charged, but the charging
process will be extended.

7. CHECKS / STORAGE / SERVICE
1.
Regularly check your connection cables and contacts for tight fit,
deformation, cracks or damage!
2.
Check the battery housing for damage. A damaged battery must
not be charged and must be checked by Phaesun!
3.
If the running or charging time changes greatly in relation to the
new condition, the battery should be checked or replaced due to
its operating age!
4.
Routinely check the charging status of the LiFePO4 battery!
5.
The self-discharge of the LiFePO4 battery is very low at 1-2%/
month when not in use and stored.
6.
Consider replacing the LiFePO4 battery with a new one if any of
the following occurs:
The runtime of the LiFePO4 battery drops to less than 80% of the
original runtime
The charging time of the LiFePO4 battery increases significantly.
7.1 CLEANING
If cleaning is necessary, use a soft damp cloth without
chemical additives! Otherwise, the dust and waterproof housing is
maintenance-free.
