The warming drawer does not close.
Approach
Check that the device is switched on.
Check that the drawer is completely
closed.
Make sure that the dishes have been
warmed up sufficiently long.
Make sure that the drawer has not been
left open too long.
Check the power supply.
Check if the drawer can possibly close
properly due to loading.
