7 Operation
Important:
– Observe the information contained in the section "Safety instructions".
– Hot liquids should cool 50°C before putting them in container.
7.1 Before first use
The blades are sharp, unpack the product carefully.
Clean all parts that contact food. See section "Cleaning and care" for further details.
7.2 Tips on use
Do not use the product to whip eggs, mash potatoes, mix dough, or extract juice from fruits and ve-
getables.
Food should be cut into small pieces (e.g., max. 15 x15 x 15 mm)
Liquid should be added to the food to facilitate blending.
Before blending, remove piths from fruit and bones from meat.
Do not process hot food or liquids. Let cool to room temperature before putting them into the blender.
Switch the blender OFF as soon as you have reached the desired consistency.

Important:
– Risk of overheating! Observe the maximum operating intervals stated in the section "Tech-
nical data".
– Never leave the product unattended during use.

RECONDITIONS

The control dial should be in the OFF position "0".
1. Place the product on a dry, level, sturdy, heat resistant surface.
2. Connect the product to the power supply.
3. Attach the container to the blade assembly before connecting to the motor unit. The blade assembly
and motor unit should "lock" together.

The product will not operate if the container, blade assembly and motor unit are not connected
properly. This is a safety mechanism.
4. Place the ingredients into the container. See section "Food preparation" for further information.

Observe the minimum and maximum fill level indicators on the container.
5. Securely fasten the lid.
6. Select a mode for blending. See section "Operation, Blending modes" for further information.
7. When finished using, switch the power OFF and disconnect the product from the power supply.
8. Do not allow food residue to dry onto the container/blade assembly. Dried out food can be difficult to
remove. See section "Care and cleaning".
7.4 Blending Modes
The control can be set to different modes.

Can be used to crush ice cubes e.g., 2 second pulses

Always switch the power OFF before and after use.

8 Cleaning and care
Important:
– Never immerse the motor unit in water! If any liquid is spilt onto the top of the motor unit,
switch the power OFF and disconnect from the power supply. Then dry with a cloth.
– Before dismantling and cleaning. Always switch the appliance OFF and disconnect it from
the power supply.
– Risk of severe injury! Never touch the blades or reach into the container when the appli-
ance is connected to the power supply.
NOTICE! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
1. Pour some warm soapy water into the container. (If needed) allow some time for the water to soak.
2. Put the lid on and pulse "P" for a few seconds at a time to clean the blades.

IMPORTANT! Switch the product OFF and disconnect from the power supply before proceeding
to the next steps.
3. Remove the lid, container, and blade assembly then rinse under running water.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a lightly moistened fiber free cloth or kitchen towel.

Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing away.
9 Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with applicable regulatory
guidelines.
You thus fulfill your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
