USE
This pen-style digital is characterized at multi-usage with low power consumption, high
stability, high accuracy, compact structure and easy operating. It is much suitable for
measuring temperature of drink, milk, coffee, food and at BBQ.
1. Install #7 battery into battery compartment according to the marking direction of rear
cover, and close the battery cover.
2. Rotate the probe until it's fully open, rinse the probe with normal temperature water.
3. Press [ ] to boot, after a few seconds the screen will display ambient temperature.
4. Immerse or insert the probe into an object under test with 2cm depth for 5 seconds.
Press [ ] until the upper right corner shows HOLD indicating that the current
temperature has been locked. The showing number is the temperature of the object to
be measured. Press [
5. [ ] is the conversion key for Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
6. After temperature measurement is completed, press [
with clean water and rotate it back to the original position.
7. The device will be shut down if no operation for 10 minutes.
8. Avoid liquid entering the machine.

If necessary, move it to a position which is out of reach of children and pets.
