Keramikmontage Pavillon
Hängen Sie zuerst die Rückwand durch
Hochziehen aus. [Abb. 1].
Schieben Sie die Keramik von hinten
nach vorne an ihre Position [Abb. 1 und
2]. Das Spannen der Keramik erfolgt mit-
tels einer Schraube, die mit einem Inbus-
schlüssel vom Back- bzw. Holzfach aus
vorsichtig ein wenig festgezogen wird.
Danach hängen Sie die Rückwand wieder
ein, indem Sie sie zuerst von unten unter
das obere Band schieben und dann nach
unten drücken, bis sie fest hinter dem
unteren Band steht [Abb. 1].
Bitte legen Sie unbedingt die Keramik-
polster unter die Wärmefachkacheln
Ihres Kaminofens. Falls vorhanden auch
unter die Kachelabdeckung oder Holz-
fachkacheln.
Die Keramikpolster sorgen für optimale
Luftzirkulation zwischen Ofen und Ke-
ramik und verhindern Spannungsrisse
in der Glasur durch zu hohe Hitzeein-
wirkungen.

Tout d'abord, il y a lieu de décrocher la
paroi arrière, en la retirant vers le haut
[figure 1].
Pousser les céramiques correspondants
de l'arrière vers l'avant, pour les placer
dans la position. [figures 1 et 2]. Les
céramiques sont fixés au moyen d'une
vis que l'on serre un peu avec une clef
mâle coudée pour vis à six pans creux,
à partir du four ou du compartiment à
bois.
Après cela, raccrocher la paroi arrière,
en la glissant d'abord par le bas sous
le ceinturon supérieur et en la poussant
ensuite vers le bas, jusqu'à ce qu'elle
soit positionnée solidement derrière le
ceinturon inférieur
[figure 1].
Il est absolument indispensable de
placer les éléments de protection de
la céramique sous le carrelage du four
de votre poêle-cheminée. Si vous avez
choisi l'habillage supérieur en faïence ou
l'habillage de la réserve à bois veuillez-y
placer les éléments de protection aussi.
Ces éléments de protection de la
céramique assurent une circulation d'air
optimale entre le poêle et la faïence et
empêchent la formation de fissures
dans l'émail dues à la contrainte
provenant de chaleurs trop élevées.

Per prima cosa occorre togliere il panello
posteriore sollevandolo [fig. 1].
Quindi spingere le piastrelle dal dietro
verso il davanti nelle posizione [fig. 1 e
fig. 2]. Il fissaggio della piastrella avviene
per mezzo di una vite che è serrata un
poco con una chiave a testa esagonale
dal vano posteriore e rispettivamente
dal vano della legna, con cautela.
Quindi rimontare il panello posteriore
spigendo dal basso sotto il bordo
superiore e quindi premendolo verso
il basso fino a quando non è ben fisso
dietro il bordo inferiore. [fig. 1].
E' indispensabile mettere i cuscinetti
di protezione della maiolica sotto
le pia-strelle del forno della Vostra
stufacamino. Se esistente anche sotto
il piano superiore o le piastrelle del
reparto legna.
I cuscinetti di protezione della
maiolica assicurano una circolazione
ottimale d'aria tra la stufa e la maiolica
impedendo eventuali incrinature per
tensioni interne nello smalto a causa
del surriscaldamento.

First remove the rear panel by pulling it
upwards [fig. 1].
Push the tile from the back to the front
in to their positions [Fig. 1 and 2]. The
tiles are tensioned by means of a screw
which can be tightened carefully a little
from the baking or wood compartment.
Then replace the rear panel by first
sliding it from the bottom underneath
the top band and then pushing it
downwards until it is tight behind the
bottom band [Fig. 1].
Absolutely necessary - please put the
ceramic pads under the tiles of the
oven of your chimney stove. If there is
a tile cover on hand or tiles of the wood
compartment please put them also
under those tiles.
The ceramic pads ensure an optimum
circulation of air between the stove
and the ceramic components and
thus prevent any tension cracks in
the glazing which may be caused by
excessive effects of heat.
