1. Switch on the Pedal Trainer RFM Deluxe at the main switch – this lights up red.
2. Press the On / Off switch on the remote control to switch on the display and the functions.
Mode This function is for the selection of the operating mode – selectable from 0 - 5
Mode 0: Manual use; time, speed and direction can all be set individually:
3, 4, 5, 6 km/h; 3, 6, 9 or 12 minutes.
Mode 1: Automatic operation (km/h) with speed change of 3-4-3-4-3-4.
Mode 2: Automatic operation (km/h) with speed change of 3-4-5-4-3-5
Mode 3: Automatic operation (km/h) with speed change of 3-4-5-6-5-4
Mode 4: Automatic operation (km/h) with speed change of 4-5-6-5-4-3
Mode 5: Automatic operation (km/h) with speed change of -3-4-5-6-5
Reverse When the pedal trainer is in operation, the direction can be changed via the "Reverse"
button.
3. Automatic safety function: If the Pedal Trainer RFM Deluxe does not run smoothly due to
motor damage or incorrect use, the motor switches itself off after 10 seconds in order to
avoid damage to the trainer and injury to the person.
4. Information: If the Pedal Trainer RFM Deluxe is not being used, the motor automatically
switches itself off after 60 seconds. To restart, press the On / Off button on the remote
control.
Cleaning
The Pedal Trainer RFM Deluxe which is intended for reuse should be regularly cleaned and
disinfected. This is absolutely necessary in the event of the use and reuse by another person / by
another patient! Wipe down the pedal trainer with a commercially available soap solution and rub all
elements dry with a towel or tea cloth. The pedal trainer can be disinfected using a commercially
available disinfectant, for example, Descosept AF.
Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents or high-pressure or steam cleaners!
