2. You can select between 4 winding programs:
a) mode A: Rotating clockwise for 6 minutes, rest for 30 minutes.
b) mode B: Rotating anti-Clockwise for 6 minutes, rest for 30 minutes.
c)
mode C: Rotating clockwise for 20 minutes, take 10 minutes rest, then anti-clockwise rotating for
20 minutes,take 10 minutes rest.
d) mode D: Rotating clockwise for 10 minutes, then anti-clockwise rotating for 10 minutes.
