Montageanleitung

1. Den Kabelmantel und die Aderi-
solation vom Durchgangs- und Ab-
zweigkabel entsprechend der Abbil-
dung 1 entfernen.

2. Positioniere beide Leiter in den
mitgelieferten isolierten Verbinder-
block und drehe mit einen Innen-
sechskantschlüssel mit 15 Nm die
Schraube an.

3. Die Adern vom Durchgangs- und
Abzweigkabel spreizen und den Ver-
•
binderblock zwischen den beiden
Rippenmakierungen der Gelschale
in das Gel einlegen. Die Kabelmantel
fest auf die Besendichtung drücken
damit diese einreißt.
4. Die Gel Schale bis zum Einras-
ten der Verschlüsse schließen. An
den Kabelenden muss etwas Gel
austreten, da das Gel nur unter
Druck, Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit
ausschließt. Die Gel Schale mit den
beiliegenden Kabelbindern gegen
ungewolltes Öffnen sichern!

schultem Fachpersonal gemäß
dem Datenblatt montiert wer-
den. Die in diesem Datenblatt
enthaltenen Angaben beruhen
auf unserem Forschungs- und
Entwicklungsstand.
Wegen der Vielseitigkeit der Ver-
arbeitungs- und Einsatzmöglich-
keiten ist eine Prüfung durch den
Anwender für den vorgesehenen
Zweck erforderlich.
Installation Instruction

1. Strip the conductors of the main
and branch cable over 30 mm as
shown in fig. 1
2. Position the conductors in the
supplied insulated connector and
tighten the screw using an allen key
with 15 Nm.
3. Spread the cores of all cables
and immerse the connection in the
gel, positioning the connector in the
special seat inside the joint. In order
to make it easier to close the joint,
press firmly on the end of the cables
sheaths to break the breakable walls.
4. Snap-close the jointing-box and
check the effective escape of the gel
from the extremes of the joint beside
the cables, otherwise re-open the
joint and insert some piece of cable
jacket previously removed. To avoid
reopening the joint, fasten the cable
ties supplied with the kit in the side
slits.
