 Reduced bore: Class 800 NPS 1/2" - 2"

• Reduzierter Durchfluss: Klasse 800 NPS 1/2" - 2"

3. STORAGE
3. Lagerung
3.1 Supplying conditions
Carbon steel ball valves are supplied with a phosphatising treatment to protect against corrosion.
3.1 Lieferbedingungen
These conditions are standard, but they can be changed on demand.
Kugelhähne aus Kohlenstoffstahl werden zum Schutz vor Korrosion mit einer Phosphatierungsbehandlung geliefert.
3.2 Maintenance during the storage
Dies erfolgt standardgemäß, kann aber auf Anfrage geändert werden.
a. Stainless steel and carbon steel valves should be stored separately, to protect the stainless steel against corrosion.
3.2 Wartung während der Lagerung
b. Valves must remain in open position with plastic end covers fitted.
a. Edelstahl und Kohlenstoffstahl sollten getrennt voneinander gelagert werden, damit der Edelstahl keiner Korrosion ausgesetzt wird.
c. If possible it would be advisable to leave the ball valves in their own packing cases.
d. Valves to be stored for a long time shall be checked by the quality control personnel every 6 months.
b. Die Ventile sind in offener Stellung zu lagern und der Kunststoffüberzug darf nicht von den Enden entfernt werden.
e. Degreased valves shall only be unpacked before installation.
c. Lassen Sie wenn möglich die Kugelhähne in ihrer Originalverpackung, bis sie zum Einsatz kommen.
d. Langzeitgelagerte Ventile sollten von der Qualitätssicherung alle 6 Monate überprüft werden.
e. Ungeschmierte Ventile dürfen erst kurz vor der Installation ausgepackt werden.
