SAFETY INSTRUCTION
In order to reduce the injuries or damages, follow basic safety precautions applied when
using any electrical device, including the following:
1. Read the entire instruction manual before you start installation and assembly and keep it
for future reference. Keep the manual for future reference.
2. Protect this device from humidity, water and other liquid. Avoid using/storing it in extreme
temperatures.
3. Do not expose it to direct sunlight and other sources of heat. Avoid using/storing it in the
strong magnetic environment.
4. Never use this device if the power adapter or the device itself is damaged.
5. Disconnect from power outlet if the device is not going to be used for a long time.
6. Use only authorized accessories.
7. Prevent the device from falling on the ground or being strongly impacted.
8. Producer does not claim liability for any data loss, damage caused by inappropriate use
and handling or any mechanical damage.
9. Do not attempt to repair this device yourself. In case of damage, contact authorized
service point for check-up or repair.
10.Clean this device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemical agents to clean
this device.
11. If the radio is to be used while driving, hands-free systems should be used.
12.This appliance must not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are
supervised by the person who is responsible for their safety.
13. Turn off the device in places where using it is forbidden or may cause danger. You must
strictly observe any prohibitions on the use of this device in such places.
14.If the device is damaged or does not work in proper way, contact the service center.

OPERATION
Charging
1. Before using for the first time, connect the charging station to a wall socket and insert the
radio into it..
2. During charging, the LED indicator will flash red.
3. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator turns green..
Transmit / Receive
1. Turn on the device with turn on knob.
2. Chose channel with channel switch.
3. To start transmitting, press and hold the PTT button (the LED indicator will be red).
4. To receive a signal, turn on the unit and set the appropriate channel with the channel switch.
Additional functions
1. Monitor - this function allows you to check activity on a chosen channel, regardless of the
sub-channels. To enable this function, press and hold MONI button (You will hear a noise
from the device speaker).
2. VOX -In this mode, the radio automatically receives and transmits a signal without
pressing the PTT button. Start talking and the device will automatically go into transmit
mode. To turn on/off this function:
• turn off the device,
• switch the channel to one from the range 1-5,
• press the PTT and MONI buttons simultaneously and turn on the device.
• LED indicator will be red when the device detects a voice.
3. Voice prompt - the function causes that when changing the channel, its number is read
aloud. To turn on this function:
• turn off the device,
• switch the channel to 10,
• press the PTT and MONI buttons simultaneously and turn on the device.
4. Changing the language of the voice prompts - to switch the language of the voice prompts
between Chinese and English:
• turn off the device,
• Switch the channel to 15,
• press the PTT and MONI buttons simultaneously and turn on the device.
5. Continuous scanning - the function enables continuous scanning of all 16 channels. After
detecting activity on one of them, it stays on that channel as long as it is active. In case of
inactivity, it goes on to further scanning. To turn on/off this function::
• turn off the device,
• switch the channel to 16,
• press the PTT and MONI buttons simultaneously and turn on the device.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean this device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemical agents to clean this
device.
