Unfolding the stroller: 1. Release locking latch 2. Unfold the buggy as shown. Make sure both locks snap into place. Assemble front wheels: 3. Push wheel onto buggy leg until it snaps into place. Repeat for the other wheel. Tug rmly on each wheel to be sure wheels are securely in place. -
