You are advised to keep these installation instructions in a safe place.
Although a 12 V system is safe, we advise you to have a qualified
electrician check the installation.
Use
The CB-081/M transformer is fitted with a light sensor and a timer. You
can make use of various options whereby the lamps are activated during
the hours of darkness or for a pre-set number of hours (1 to 12 hours). You
can also select the "MANUAL ON/OFF" program, which allows you to
manually switch the lamps on or off at any time.
Important!
Never connect the low-voltage cable directly to a 100-240 V power
source. It is only suitable for use in combination with a 12 V low-voltage
system. This product should only be used within the in-lite system. Use of
products other than those made by in-lite will invalidate the warranty.

Installing the transformer
Although the transformer is designed to withstand inclement weather,
you are recommended not to place it close to a sprayer system. Place
the transformer at least 50 cm above the ground and in the immediate
vicinity of a 240V electric socket. The transformer is equipped with a light
sensor.
Step 1
Remove the cover of the transformer. Here you will find the screws for
fixing the transformer in place and the terminal lugs for the cable. Fix the
transformer to a wall, panel or post using the screws supplied (Fig. 1).
Step 2
The light sensor can be positioned either horizontally or vertically (Fig. 2).
Important!
Never place the light sensor in a position where it can be affected by
artificial light such as car headlights, street lights or your own garden
lighting.
The transparent cover provides the light sensor with added protection
from moisture, so it should not be removed.
Step 3
Remove about ¾ cm of insulation from both ends of the low-tension ca-
ble. Insert the bare wires into the cylinder of the terminal lug and fix them
firmly in place using narrow-nosed pliers. You can also solder the bare
wire to the terminal lug (Fig. 3).
