Montageanleitung
• Schablone (2) auf dem Fensterrahmen (1) anschlagen. Bohrlehre (3) mit 7, 8, 9 oder 10 mm Gewindestift (4) bestücken
und in das Vierkant des Fenstergetriebes stecken.
• Mit der Bohrlehre (3) die Schablone (2) ausrichten und mit zwei Schraubzwingen befestigen.
Achtung: Fensterrahmen (1) nicht zerkratzen.
• Wenn nicht schon vorhanden, zwei Befestigungslöcher für die Rosette bohren. Bohr-Ø 12 mm, Bohrtiefe bis Ausfrä-
sung von Getriebe
• Wenn noch kein Getriebe montiert ist, kann die Bohrlehre auch mit den beiliegenden Kunststoffzapfen (5) ausgerich-
tet werden
• Bohrlehre (3) entfernen.
• Kontur der Schablone (2) mit der Oberfräse auf den Fensterrahmen kopieren.
Führungsring: Ø24, Fräser: Ø10 Achtung: Frästiefe abstimmen (11.8...12 mm)
• Schablone (2) entfernen.
• Ausfräsung mit entsprechender Farbe gegen Feuchtigkeit schützen.
• Piatto Fenstergriff und Rosette nach Montageanleitung montieren.
Fixing instructions
• Attach template (2) on the window leaf (1). Load drilling template (3) with threaded pin (4) of 7, 8, 9 or 10 mm and
insert it into the square of the window drive.
• Align template (3) with the drilling template (2) and fix two screw clamps.
• Caution: Avoid scratching the window leaf (1).
• If not available, drill 2 fixing holes for the rose. Drilling- Ø 12 mm, drilling depth to routing of the gearhead.
• If no transmission is fitted yet, the drilling jig can be lined up also with the enclosed synthetic material cones (5).
• Remove drilling template (3).
• Use surface router to copy contour of template (2) on the window leaf. Guide ring: Ø24, drilling cutter: Ø10Caution
Coordinate drilling depth (11.8...12 mm).
• Remove template (2)
• Protect recess against humidity with suitable colour.
• Assemble Piatto window handle and rose according to fitting instruction.
