    1. Atención Antes de poner en marcha el equipo, deberá leer, tener en cuenta y cumplir en su totalidad todas las indicaciones descritas en este Manual. Deberá conservarlo en un lugar seguro y accesible a todos los usuarios del equipo. El equipo sólo debe ser puesto en funcionamiento y utilizado por personas instruidas en su manejo, y exclusivamente para ser utilizado para los fines previstos.

Advertencias Antes de la puesta en funcionamiento, y especialmente después de cada limpieza y/o reparación, deberá comprobar que los componentes del aerógrafo estén perfectamente apretados y que las mangueras de aire estén sin fugas. Las piezas defectuosas deberá cambiarlas o repararlas convenientemente.

    El producto a aplicar se introduce en el depósito dispuesto al efecto, desde donde fluye hasta la boquilla, mezclándose a continuación con el aire de pulverización de forma controlable hacia exterior. AI accionar el gatillo hacia abajo, se actúa sobre el vástago de la válvula de aire, abriéndola y permitiendo el paso del aire.
  • Seite 8 7.2. Pintado Preparacion de pintura Siga las instrucciones del fabricante de la pintura y diluya la pintura con el solvente adecuado. Fíltrela usando un tamiz de nylon. Es mejor preparar la pintura relativamente diluida y hacer repetidas pasadas en su trabajo para lograr el matiz deseado. Esto también disminuirá la acumula- ción de pintura en la aguja y el tiempo de limpieza.

    10. Cleaning When work has been completed, both the airbrush must be cleaned with the appropriate thinner, in order to remove any remaining product. Increase the air pressure and spray cleaning solution; this will help thoroughly clean the Paint passages, nozzle, and needle. Remove the needle and wipe it clean. Remove any remains of product from the airbrush with a cloth soaked in thinner and soak the needle cap and nozzle, if needed.

    10. Reinigung Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten müssen beide Airbrush-Bürsten mit dem entsprechenden Verdünner gereinigt werden, um restliches Produkt zu entfernen. Erhöhen Sie den Luftdruck und die Sprühreinigungslösung. Dies hilft bei der gründlichen Reinigung der Farbkanäle, der Düse und der Nadel. Entfernen Sie die Nadel und wischen Sie sie sauber. Entfernen Sie alle Produktreste mit einem in Verdünner getränkten Tuch von der Airbrush und lassen Sie die Nadelkappe und die Düse bei Bedarf einweichen.
