Practice guided breathing
The Breath training app on watch provides personalized guided breathing
sessions to help you find moments of calm throughout the day. You can
choose between 1 minute and 5 minute sessions.
1. On watch, open the Breath training app.
2. Tap and swipe to choose tempo and time, the "Slow" and "1-minute"
session is the first option.
3. Tap the play icon to start the session and follow the on-
screen instruction.
