My SELFIE-POD Instruction manual:
1. Power On: Press POWER (6) shortly, the green led (9) will be on and it will be off
after one second.
2. Pair with your mobile device:
2.1 Press CAMERA button (3) for two seconds, the green led will be on and blink to
enter the pairing mode.
2.2 Turn on your mobile phone and search the bluetooth device named as "Selfie-Pod "
2.3 Select "Selfie-Pod" to connect your Pod to your bluetooth device. The green led will
stop flashing once pairing is successful, after 8sec.
3. Shoot your Selfie : Press the CAMERA key to release the shutter of your phone
camera.
4. Focus/Zoom: Have a long Press on "+" to zoom in and on "-" to zoom out. (This
function can only be used on Samsung mobile phones on the back camera). Press "+"
or "-" short to adjust the focus.
5. Power Off : Press the POWER button for 3 seconds
6. Charging : Micro USB connection on the bottom of the self-camera monopod is used
for charging,. A red light will be on during charging. Please, use preferably the
supplied cable.
Method 1:
1.Screw up flexible pipe
with mobile phone fixed
mount.
2.Insert the flexible pipe
screw it up.
3.Put mobile phone on the
phone fixed mount.
Method 2:
1.Screw up the mobile phone fixed
mount with tripod
2.Put the mobile phone on the
phone fixed mount.
Sleeping Mode:
1. When the device is not in use for 5 minutes, the device will enter into sleeping
mode and disconnect from bluetooth automatically.
2. Press the camera key shortly, the device will wake up and re-connect with the
phone automatically.
3. When mobile phone bluetooth disconnects with the device and starts to
reconnect, press the Camera button shortly to restore the connection.
Note: Selfie-Pod supports IOS 5.0 above and Android 2.3.6 above. As Android
system is open source system, few phone/ Tablet models may not support
such remote camera functions.
